Real world inspo

We all know there is a major issue with a lack of diversity in business and many other professions, not just gender diversity, but racial, age, sexual orientation etc and we’d love to play a small part in changing this. We truly believe in the power of diversity.
 
We need more local, reachable role models, more real stories, more women we can connect with that are not the stereotype and have a ‘CEO’ job title – we want these people too, but we want young women to see people “like me” (like them) and realise, they too, can achieve so many things.
