Welcome to the Careering Podcast

So you know what to expect, here's an early heads up that there will be an f-bomb or three, raucous laughter, and a collection of rants and reckons on all things career. It is hosted by author and creator of Careering9, Melissa Davies, and her partner in crime, Kelsie Inglis. The intent is to share our diverse work/career/life experiences and champion and support Kiwi women to succeed on their own terms. We hope what we share is useful for everyone, and we will be putting the spotlight on the issues that women specifically often have to navigate which at times, means it might get a little uncomfortable but when we all know better, we can do better. We want to help create safer and more inclusive spaces for everyone - nothing like grand ambition to kick off with!

If you’re brave, take a seat, settle in and listen as difficult career and workplace issues get tackled. Sometimes we’ll be wrong, sometimes we’ll be right but we’ll deliver it with confidence and a touch of colourful language so at least it will be entertaining. These will be r
eleasing regularly wherever you get your podcasts so please remember to subscribe, rate and like us on all the channels. We love questions, stories and topic ideas so send them our way!
