Feedback is the Key to Feeling Engaged

​How do you feel about giving, or receiving, feedback? It's a powerful skill to build. Formal or informal, it doesn't matter, when you know how you're tracking, and so do those you work with, engagement goes up.

As a September 2016 Leadership IQ study found, most employees aren’t sure if they’re doing a good job. It’s difficult for employees to feel engaged when they’re unsure if they’re meeting expectations, so make sure you seek and give, real and relevant feedback - everyone wins.
